At EltaMD®, we stand behind the quality of our professional skincare. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the unused or gently used products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization number is clearly visible on the outside.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure tracked delivery to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
